This, their entry-level red, is fermented in stainless steel tanks to allow the wine to express is simple elegance.

XB D. TERRASSE D’ELISE, LANGUEDOC 2015 - SYRAH

MERLOT/CAB FRANC, CAB SAUVIGNON
Owned by the same family since 1610, these wines are made using traditional methods, with a great respect for the terroir. Overlooking the Dordogne valley, on a plain once known as the ‘plateau of wonders’, the wines are made using biodynamic principles, with low added sulphites, wild yeasts, and manual harvesting, producing wines with a pure expression of the land that age fantastically well.
