Join us for an educational evening of great food and leave with all the know-how you'll need to make authentic Neapolitan style pizzas at home. We'll talk you through the history of the humble pizza, making its way from Italian street food to international superstar. You'll make an authentic dough from scratch, learn how to shape and build your own pizza, and have a go at working the pizza paddles on our state of the art stone baked oven. 

Craft beers, organic wines or cocktails can be ordered from your dedicated 'cameriere'. We’ll also ask for you to give up one slice so the team can announce the winner for the 'best pizza topping' creation. The winner will have their pizza on our SPECIALS menu!

You’ll also be sent home with the dough you’ve made so it’s a night that just keeps giving!  
Each class has a total capacity of 12 people, with a minimum requirement of 6 people to encourage friendly competition in the kitchen!
Classes run from 7pm and last approximately 1.5 hours but you're very welcome to stay and enjoy cocktails and desserts.
