Handmake Christmas Cards & Gift Tags

Come and explore the traditional art of lino block printing. This form of print can be translated onto many surfaces. In this workshop, you will create a concept for your very own Christmas cards & gift tags

Under the guidance of your tutor Antonietta Torsiello, you will transfer and carve your hand drawn design onto a lino block and create personalised Christmas cards & tags to take home with you after the class

The magical thing about printmaking is that your block can be reused. So once the class is over you can take your block home with you

The tutor Antonietta is a local award winning artist who has been exhibiting her art work for the last 7 years and delivering workshops to adults and children for the past 4 years.

Materials

The use of all tools and materials is included.
Paper, lino block, cutters, printing rollers and inks.

All abilities are welcome to join, no specific skills or prior knowledge required.
